COMMERCIAL USAGE AGREEMENT

If you, the Client, wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other royalties, will be agreed upon upfront.Commercial rights: Will multiplier x2 of the base price

FOR GENERAL USE

Unless a commercial fee is discussed, the Client is only allowed to use the artwork for personal use.The Client reserves the right to print or create an otherwise physical reproduction of the Artwork as long as it is for your PERSONAL use only (NOT for sale).The client may use the Artwork for personal use including but not limited to: avatars, phone or computer wallpapers, and personal website/profile displays.

REFUNDS

I can refund 100% of the payment only if I have not started working on the sketch.Once I start the sketch there will be no refunds.If I cancel a commission, I will refund 100%.

PROCESS

I usually take from a week to 1 month to finish a commission. If it takes longer I'll let you knowI will send you 1-2 sketches of poses for you to choose the one you prefer.After the first sketch I will send you another detailed sketch, you can correct it.Finally, I will send you the final result in which you can correct the colors or details.

WORK SPEED

Timeline depends on commission type, complexity, and workload.If there are any delays and adjustments to timeline, I will inform the Client.I usually take up to 1-2 days to respond to your initial order inquiry.You reserve the right to set a deadline for your commission. This deadline must be disclosed prior to payment.If due dates are discussed, it is also the clients' responsibility to ensure prompt communication. I will not be held responsible for late delivery.No harassment over my work speed will be tolerated, regardless of the time that has passed.
